Sacred Flower Sitz Bath

A gentle steam treatment, peri-rinse or soak for gently cleansing, toning and soothing delicate vaginal and perineal tissues. Use postpartum to support the healing process.

Pour 2 cups of hot water over 3 Tablespoons of mixture and allow to steep covered for 10 minutes. Allow to cool to warm before using as a steam treatment or adding to a squeeze bottle for a rinse or to a shallow bath to soak.

Blended with Pink sea salt, epsom salt, Oatmeal, Rose petals, Yarrow, Witch Hazel, Raspberry leaf, Comfrey and Marshmallow leaf and flower.

Contains enough herbs of 3-4 treatments.

Gentle enough for even sensitive skin types. For topical use only. Not for use while menstruating or pregnant.

Approximately 1 ounce of mixture come in a reusable 8 oz glass mason jar with gold metal lid.
