Initial Wellness Consultation- $115

All new wellness clients are required to schedule an 1.5 hour initial consultation and fill out a health intake form and relevant paperwork. Your initial session includes:

• A thorough wellness evalutation using health and family history and diagnostic tools as applicable.

• Q and A time to discuss your unique inquiries and needs

• Wellness and lifestyle coaching

• Information on specific healing herbs and simple ways to incorporate them into your routines and education on how to prepare your own herbal remedies

• Customized herbal formula suggestions

• 10% discount coupon code for the online apothecary

• Discount on follow up Seasonal Consultation Packages

• Detailed follow up email that includes next steps and additional resources

Follow Up Wellness Consultation- $75

A 45 minute consultation and follow up email with recomendations, notes and next steps. Only available for established clients.

Seasonal Wellness Consultation Packages- $250

This package includes (4) 45 minute seasonal consults and follow up emails to be scheduled within 1 year of initial consultation. A helpful way to stay on track with your health and wellness goals! Purchase this package in advance and get all 4 consults for only $250.

Flash Consult- $25

A mini, 20 minute phone consult for acute concerns only. Flash consults are only available to established clients with an updated health intake form and paperwork on file. If your are wondering if your wellness concern qualifiies for a flash consult ask yourself these questions:

Do I only have one wellness concern or inquiry?

Have a had this concern for less than a week?

Can I communicate what the concern is in 5 mins or less?

If yes to all of the above —> book a flash consult

If no to any of the above —> book an initial or follow up consult

General Consult- $60/hr

I offer garden consultations and herb design services, private plant walks, 1:1 herbalism tutoring, earth and plant centered spiritual guidance and other herbal education related consultations. If your inquiries do not entail a health or wellness component you will not be required to fill out a health intake form. My rate for general herbalism consultations is $60/hour.

Additional Information:

Any recommended herbs, teas and formulas are extra.

Established clients may be asked to regularly update paperwork and health intake forms or periodically schedule a longer consultation to reevalutate health and wellness goals.

Clients are asked to schedule and pay for consultations in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours can be rescheduled with no additional fee. Consult cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are not refundable.
