Based on an age old folk remedy this spicy, tart and sweet herbal vinegar is a tonic for health and vitality. Take by the tablespoon, add to seltzer for a refreshing libation, use in cocktail and mocktail recipes and in dressings and marinades.

Ingredients: Apple cider vinegar, raw Vermont honey, Ginger, Garlic, Turmeric, Horseradish, Cayenne Pepper, Onion, Lemon, Orange, Black pepper, Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme.

Keep in a cool dark spot and use within 3 months of opening.
